Nothing like hitching your cart to a falling star...

Don't look now, but the other shoe has just started to fall:

Not that it's in any way on topic, but it's hard (and amusing) to
imagine why anyone would think this has any news value, except those in
the advanced stages of Bush Derangement Syndrome. No one should be
surprised that there was discussion in the White House about why serial
liar Joe Wilson was sent to Niger.

Two questions come immediately to mind:
1.) Why didn't Cheney shred this little item the moment the whole Plame
affair hit the fan? Was it in someone else's possession?
2.) How exactly did the investigators get their hands on it? Who gave it
to them?
Libby? Rove? Goss? Foggo? Cheney himself? (that wouldn't make much
sense, as he'd be writing notes to himself; this apparently was given to
somebody fairly high up.)

Perhaps because there's nothing wrong, or incriminating about it?

What difference does it make?

It was Libby BTW.

Oh, I imagine Libby does; I think he wants to say "thank you" to his
good friends who left him holding the bag.
Nifty paper BTW: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canada_Free_Press
I particularly liked the plagiarized Onion story, and how the Mafia was
behind 9/11:
http://www.canadafreepress.com/2005/cover071105.htm
....as part of a gambling scheme.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THE FREEMASONIC CHEMTRAILS ON 9/11??????
As for the completely fabricated stories, well...everyone has to make
stuff up now and then, don't they?
AT LEAST THOSE UNDER FREEMASONIC CHEMTRAIL CONTROL!!!! :-D

And those poll numbers were what at the moment?

What do poll numbers have to do with how smart someone is? Lincoln
would have had terrible poll numbers in early 1864, if polls had
existed.

Truman had terrible poll numbers due to Korea; Bush has terrible poll
numbers due to Iraq.
Was invading Iraq a smart thing to do?
No, it was a stupid thing to do...but he did it anyway.
Therefore he may be stupid.
I notice that this time you didn't cite any Canada Free Press articles
to the contrary, which is a pity, as enquiring minds want to know more
about the Kofi Annan Freemasonic link:
http://www.canadafreepress.com/2006/cover020706.htm
"Even though it has more than 6 million members worldwide, Freemasonry
and what it stands for is something not readily understood by the
chattering classes. One needs the time and patience to go back through
history to ever begin to understand the intrigues of this all-boy
organization.
According to Freemasons, Illuminati and Associates, "Freemasonry is the
largest international secret society in the world.'The highest degree of
the Scottish rite of Freemasonry, the Meritorious Degree, the Degree of
the Illuminati, whose motto is "Ordo Ab Chao", or "Out of Chaos comes
order"-which literally means if they break down the existing structure
and cause the population to cry out for order, they will emerge as
rulers and have the world that they seek.'
How many politicians create havoc only to jump in and save us right
around election time?
Interesting to note that many of the estimated six million Free Masons
occupy leadership positions around the world.
Almost as interesting to note that some conspiracy types swear that the
main agenda of the United Nations is for One World Order."
I like the "chattering classes" part; that's a turn of phrase you
yourself could have come up with. I also get a kick out of the
Freemasons being an "all-boy organization", as there are female
Freemasons in the Order Of the Eastern Star, Job's Daughters, and
Rainbows, which around five minutes of research would have shown the
author of the article.

Bush has terrible poll numbers due to lots of things. Immigration and
overspending among them.

Yes.

No, it was a stupid thing to do...but he did it anyway.

You're certainly entitled to your stupid opinions. Others' mileage
varies.
