Default Falling into the same trap as Shuttle has

Also any studies that purport to show how costs on D-IVH scale with launch
frequency? After seeing that D-IVH launch this weekend I've become smitten
with D-IVH fanboy-ism....

Boeing/ULA considers the second stage part of Delta IV, so it isn't
listed seperately. It doesn't even have a name, just DCUS (Delta
Cryogenic Upper Stage) which has two diameters available.
