Default Horizon Of Relativity's Collapse, Part 2

"The only constant is change." Between "constant" and "change," which is
the background Universe and which is the foreground universe? Which is the
'Wild' and which is 'Entropy'? Which is the barbaric weed and which is the
domestic hothouse flower or perfect lawn? Which is the primitive and which
is the advanced or refined? Which is universally primary and which
universally secondary? Which is the absolute, the strange, the alien, the
foreign, the remote, the outsider, and which is relative? Which does not
evolve, and which is synonymous with "evolves"? Which does not collapse,
does not break down, and which is the essence of collapse, of break down?

Between "constant" and "change", which is 'Frontier' and which is
'Civilization'? And where in what would 'Frontier Civilization' be and mean?
