ROCSAT-2

There's a picture of the just-launched ROCSAT-2 at

Presumably the horizontal cylinder on top is the reconnaissance
camera, but what is the big square mirror on the body below that
for? Thermal control against earth-shine comes to mind, but that's
just a WAG.
