Default Planck's Cosmology

We widely agree that all matter emits electromagnetic radiation into space
in the pattern described by Max Planck in 1900. He simply describes the
cosmological base which generates radiation, admittedly a major aspect of
the universe. All that is required to complete Planck's cosmology is to
correctly observe how radiation fits into it.
