Wonder how many OTHER critical systems have received this same treatment?

This should be looked at BEFORE a return to flight.

The problem is to KEEP it fixed as years pass.


Well after Challenger the long downtime gave time for a top to bottom safety
review.

Posters here appear to want to fly ASAP!

Jim do you think the RCC should be redesigned to be more robust?

You excepted, of course. I actually thought of a disclaimer to you
when I wrote that, but I figured you would understand. I wish more
reeeporters took the care you do to "get it right."

Actually, the 'culture' is fixed now -- it GOT fixed Feb 1.

The problem is to KEEP it fixed as years pass.
