Default January 2004

President of the USA, George W. Bush said:

- robotic missions to the moon no later than 2008

- the first manned flight of a new spacecraft by 2014

- a manned lunar mission as early as 2015 and no later than 2020

That was over 18 months ago. What work has been done to reach those
goals? Are we on track? Have these objectives been changed since?
