Default Silo launch for flame lovers

No doubt Pat had already pointed this out, but there's a pretty launch
video on Youtube ... a Dnepr, with a good view of the, er, ramp tractor,
starting the launch. (That's a "cold gas generator", it seems,
effectively a 0th stage).

That's an SS-18/R-36M repurposed; here's the Encyc Astro article on the
