North Korea and Middle East

A thought occurs that the N.Koreans did their testing
of various rockets (with fake second stages etc) in order
to fill the ether with rocket angst and chaff...

Thereby giving their friends Hezbollah and Hamas
valuable breathing space to make/get rockets in large
numbers, and prepare...

Is it also a coincidence that the N Koreans are masters
at tunneling operations? The kidnapped Israelis were
abducted via tunnels weren't they?

I fail to see the efficiency. What kind of ressources do
the missile tests tie up that make hezbollah operations
easier?

Remember nestor cerpa? The rescue team received US training
and tunneled trough. Maybe Hezbollah got US-Training?

attention is focussed on N Korea, and is distracted from
Hamas and Hezbollah. Echelon style searches will react
to N Korean rockets and will be swamped by chatter
about them, thus making intelligence gathering on Hamas
and Hezbollah rockets more difficult.
