[fitsbits] Draft WCS Paper V: Time
On Mon 2009-04-06T21:41:00 -0400, Robert Hanisch hath writ:
I looked up the reference to Gregorius (1582). You can find it, in Latin, via Google. the bottom of the wikipedia page points to a doc made for ISO to accompany ISO 8601 in English and French, and another besides that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inter_gravissimas This reference is a tribute to Peter Bunclark I believe it was Arnold Rots who inserted that reference. -- Steve Allen WGS-84 (GPS) UCO/Lick Observatory Natural Sciences II, Room 165 Lat +36.99855 University of California Voice: +1 831 459 3046 Lng -122.06015 Santa Cruz, CA 95064 http://www.ucolick.org/~sla/ Hgt +250 m |
