Outdoor Wallclock Recommedation

I was wondering if anyone could tell me a good place to get a clock I
can mount on my wall that can be seen at night. It would be protected
by the awning over my deck. I would like it do display hours, minutes
and sec and be sync to WWV. If possible with red leds.
Am I asking too much or does anyone know of a good source for something
like this or as close to it as I can get.
Would also like to hear what others are using when tracking satellites.
