Default Yesterdays EVA.

Seemed to be a very jolly event, with lots of laughs etc, but one thing did
worry me a little, while unable to actually see it, this crack or loose
cover or whatever it was, with brown plastic visible inside big enough to
get your hand in seems a bit of a worry. What exactly was the material which
had come adrift, and can it be repaired?
