Hey Rod!

Greetings... I would be interested in such a publication. How can I joing a mailing list for subscription ifo when it comes out? Also, is the SAC7b still your camera of choice? I really like your lunar pics and am seeking a camera. I'd also like to try a little deep sky work but mostly I'd like to to get very good, sharp lunar pics. What would you recommend I use with my Mk-67? Hi: I tried to reply a while ago...but Google ate my post, so if this has already appeared once, disregard. ;-) I still like the SAC7 very much. It's been a real workhorse on the planets. I do use the Meade LPI quite a bit, too, and especially on the Moon, where its slightly larger chip is nice, as is the camera's small size and low weight. If you want to try the deep sky, the SAC is the way to go, though the Meade DSI is probably better for that as inexpensive cameras go (but probably not as good on the Moon). As for the JDSO, initially it will be electronic-only, a downloadable ..pdf file. If things work out, we hope to offer subscriptions and hard copy issues for modest fees. Maybe. ;-) I'll make an announcement when the first issue is ready to go. Thanks for your interest!
