Default Excel spreadsheets or web applets for polar alignment error?

Are there any spreadsheets or web applets to aid correcting polar
alignment? I.e. - input catalogue position of star and readings from
equatorial mount circles and then get back an x,y amount of degrees to
adjust through the polar view-finder? There is an old article on this
in the Spet. 1991 Sky & Telescope, pp. 299-301, Sinnott, R.W. A
Spreadsheet for Polar Alignment. - Canopus56
