[GENESIS] Recovery update: Live chute deployment mortar suspected

....Recovery crew is reporting that it appears chute deployment may not
have even been attempted, and that the deployment mortar may still be
live. Crews are proceding with caution at this time with regards to
mortar status & disarming.

I speculated over on /. that is seems likely that the tumbling
instability (for whatever reason - it was supposed to be stable, nose-down)
caused the acceleration to be present in the wrong axis. The recovery
sequence was supposed to be triggered by the acceleration, and if it's in
the wrong axis it never even started.
