Is it me or is Charlie Boulden spouting a huge amount of complete dribble
of late? If you have nothing to say, then why say anything, but reading
recent press releases you se Administrator Ccharlie boulden says...
And this is a load of buzz words thanks for things and people who are just
doing their job and well you know, loats of words but no real meaining or
new information.

Sounds like typical corporate/administrative babble. They all seem to
speak in nothing but buzzwords these days.
