Default Germany joins the Aurora Exploration Programme

Germany joined the Preparatory Phase of the European Space Exploration
Programme Aurora. It thus becomes the twelfth country participating in the
programme (*), which allows scientists and industrial companies from Germany
to participate in the Aurora Programme.
