Default Why is Light NOT Ballistic?

We hear plenty of arguments against the Ballistic Theory of Light yet, to date,
nobody has produced a good physical reason as to how or why photons emitted
from two remote and unconnected galaxies should instantly find a common speed
towards one insignificant little planet called Earth.

Since the unproven assumption "that all starlight moves at precisely the same
speed c in planet Earth's frame" is critical to the whole of astronomical
theory and since the OWLS of starlight has never been measured, isn't it time
somebody had a closer look into the possibility that the assumption is
completely wrong?

If anyone is interested in a serious discussion about this vital subject, they
might start by reading my discriptive thesis that sums up a twenty years
investigation into variable star behavior and puts forward a strong case for
the source dependency of light speed. It presents a radical revision of
Ballistic Theory including several major modifications that have the potential
to revolutionize astronomy and make it even more fascinating.
