Default After China

On Wed, 15 Oct 2003 16:41:34 CST, in a place far, far away, "Jon G"
made the phosphor on my monitor glow
in such a way as to indicate that:

India has the technical ability but a pretty limited budget.

If they're smart about it, a limited budget will be adequate. I'll be
interested to see the international reaction to suborbital systems.

My guess...

India (2020)
Europe (ESA) (2022)
Japan (2030)

In that order. India's a bit of a wildcard- lowest budget, least
experience...

Has anyone heard if Space-X is thinking of pursuing private manned craft?

I've seen no public statements on it specifically, but given Mr.
Musk's interests, it's hard to believe that this isn't a goal at some
point.
