ASTRO: M101 5 minutes of exposure - M101_5minutes_1June2008.jpg (0/1)
Taken from a farm just south of Blueknob State Park on 2 June 2008.
Taken with an NP-127 at F/5.2. Five 1 minute exposures using a Hutech modified Canon 40D at 1600ASA. Cropped image, 50 percent reduction. This was an attempt to see how to reduce the noise in the Canon 40D when the temp is avove 50 degrees. I did not like the result, but it is not bad for 5 minutes of exposure. My other attempt, three 20 minutes at 100ASA was better. |
