Default OT - Incredibly stupid idea

Let's breed synthetic lifeforms for military purposes that are immortal:

Don't worry, they have built-in kill switches.
I imagine they can't mutate into a form that doesn't have the kill
switch or reproduce on their own.
And all the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park are female, so they can't
reproduce either.

Not to worry even more. If there's some problem with the DARPA bugs,
we'll unleash the Jupiter Spores. That'll fix the problem:
