I think Buzz said that he left the rendezvous radar on when it was
supposed to be off.


From Buzz's book "Magnificant Desolation", page 17 "... I can now tell
you why that computer overloaded, although at the time it never
occured to us. The reason the computer could not handle the data was
that Neial and I had purposely left the rendezvous radar in the on
position."
