Observing Site - Guernsey?

Hi all,

I will be holidaying in Guernsey this year, and hope to catch some of those
southerly declination DSO so elusive from Cumbria. Can anyone recommend a
dark sky site with a good S horizon?

The German gun emplacement at the SW of Jersey corner is fabulous, sorry !
