Yes there is life in that galaxy and probably in every other galaxy and quite possibly on every rocky planet with liquid water in the goldilocks zone. Life finds a way.

All life starts with microbes,and electric current.True in Earth's present time.Microbes keep us alive and electricity gives us thoughts.Bert

Even God may have to get good at things. He seemed to have practice human beings--explaining why some lived to be nine hundred years old.
