Default Saturn V LUT help needed

I am looking for close up information/photographs of the S-II LH2 and S1VB
heat exchangers found at the rear of the Saturn V umbilical towers on levels
180 and 240.
I have tried the Apollo archive and L.U.T. groups as well as the NASA search
sites but cannot find any close up information about these other than two
small diagrams in the Mobile Launcher section of the Apollo press reference.
I would be sincerely grateful of any help
