Do CDs, even pressed CDs, work after hundreds of millions of years?

Pressed CDs are good for around a century. Burned CDs are an order of
magnitude less.

Almost done scanning my CD collection, many of which are more than 30
years old. No problem so far.

Again, pressed CDs are good for a century.

As long as the Tesla has good air conditioning while in orbit, those CDs
should keep in good condition :-)

No.

Missed opportunity for "Moonraker" movie. James Bond could have used a
Tesla for on-road, under water, and then on one of Drax's Shuttles, and
then manoeuvered his Tesla in orbit to fire its lasers to destroy Drax's
space station :-)

Moonraker was about 30 years before Tesla came into existence.

Out of curiosity: should Falcon Heavy succeed, will the payload (aka:
Tesla car) have comms and propulsion required for safe de-orbit as
required by intl treaties?

Did you miss the "Elon was joking" bit? And lots of things are put up
that have no capability for 'safe deorbit', so I suspect you're
misreading the treaty.
