Default Singularity colision with planes

We know what happens with black holes and what will probably happen when 2 singularities collide in our universe, But what if two branes of existence get to close and a black hole is formed in each and their singularities collide? There are theories that when 2 branes collide that they may create another universe so with that being said can the same happen with 2 singularities in 2 separate branes thus creating a Big Bang?
