Default Kids, the moon and some torches

I was asked to help out with the BT record sleepover attempt at the
local primary school on Saturday night so I decided to take a
telescope along and show the kids the delights of the moon. Very
satisfying to see their reactions and it seems that they had a whale
of a time throughout the whole evening.

I had mentioned to my wife (who was also helping) that it would be fun
to get the kids writing a couple of words in the air with torches. I
didn't realise quite how many kids there would be with torches at the
event though! Orchestrating the words "British Telecom World Record
Sleepover Seal School, Selsey" is much harder than trying to take a
picture of a faint DSO ;-) Also consider that after each had been
instructed as to which letter they were going to write, they were then
told that it had to be in reverse!!

It's a big file (700k) so be warned and if Andrea Taselli comes on and
says "wrong font" he'll be in big trouble!

Cheers Philip,

I've cancelled the original post temporarily as I think I should have
checked whether it was ok to post with the school's head first. If
there are no problems, I'll repost it.

I managed to catch it earlier - well done, sir. Well done.

Worth noting for future reference that few servers still accept
cancellations. At least your post was still on mine at 11am today.

And its very good too. Well done to you all!

Is that why the page is "not found"? A sad reflection of the paranoid
times we live in.
