Default The 98% of Scientists factor explained

You hear the constant insistence by the Loopy Left that 98%
of Scientists agree that Global Warming is man made and real.
So let me enlighten you on those 98%, beginning with an
analogy: There are thousands of companies dedicated to
the eradication of termites which can infest your house.
Listen to their ads on TV and the radio, your house could
collapse at any second, unless you call them RIGHT NOW
to fix the problem. Now let's say you call them and their
inspector comes to your house. What are the chances of
him finding a termite infestation ??? I'll tell you: 98% of
them will tell you that you have termites, and they have
proof, even if they have to bring it with them. That's how
they make a living and if the truth were known, most of
their Termite eradication treatments are unnecessary
and based on a lie ... it's their job to convince you that
you have termites and they are the only ones to get rid
of them.

Now to the Climate Scientists: 98% of them are funded
by some sort of Governmental authority and if they were
to come to the conclusion that there is no man-made
Global Warming (or whatever they call it at any given
day), the books on the subject would be closed and
they'd be out of a job. So it is in their best self-serving
interest to keep the myth alive and well funded,
because only additional research is needed to expose
the culprits of the fallacious sea level rises and the
record setting temperatures world wide, completely
ignoring the fact that the temperatures world wide
have been going up at a steady clip since the last ice
age, 12K years ago, with a few cold trends in between,
as well as a few high temperature excursions well
before the industrial age and that pesky human
interference. It may also be worth mentioning that
the loudest proponents of the impending disaster
are the least qualified: Al Gore, mediocre politician
and NOT a scientist. Bill Nye, a make believe TV
scientist with no weather related credentials.
Leo DiCaprio, offensive mouth piece, who mostly
uses his concern for the environment to impress
the female tree hugger and to get laid. Even over
half of the IPCC folks, that huge, financial resource
sucking parasite, are lawyers, with no clue of
weather related physics and their results.

So even if I am totally wrong, at 0.02 degrees
every 50 years or so, it'll be a long time before
the Earth dries up and blows away.

If our offspring are like the snowflakes that are
typical at today's universities and assorted
institutions of higher learning, then that fatal
event can't come soon enough and no tears should
be shed for us
