What the authors were talking about is galaxy NGC4622 of its strange
spiral arms.

Sometimes one can learn the state of the art of the field from reading
about its
puzzles.

I do not know if the state of the art of galaxy rotations has even had
a book written about it.

What I hope to find is that we find a plane that marks off 1/2 the
Cosmos and the one hemisphere of this plane has counterclockwise
rotation and the other half has clockwise rotation of galaxies. Now
that is a tall order to expect. But an Atom Totality is all about
order and pattern.
