Default Lori Garver & SLS

First, is this forum dead? I've seen no new messages since Xmas eve.

Second, Lori Garver, former NASA deputy adminstrator now says she
favors canceling the SLS? I assumed that would get a firestorm of
comments.

eah the lack of posting and interest here mirrors ociety in general.

NASA and congress are to blame, dumping scarce money down the blachole called SLS.

with a few possible exceptions like earth weather sats nasa could cease to exist and no one would notice....

not long ago there was a news article about nasa budgets being cut so much they are looking at defunding curosity or another program.

makes lots of sense build the most expensive rover to ever be sent to another planet, then cut operations to save a few bucks, but plan some new missions and still fund SLS the project to no where
