Default MIR EO-14/Soyuz TM-17 patch

MIR EO-14/Soyuz TM-17 patch

One of the last 'unknown' Mir patches is finally well documented. Only fuzzy
pictures of the Mir EO 14/Soyuz TM17 crew patch were available, but earlier
this year, Spaceview's Jaap Terweij photographed Alexander Serebrov's flown
patch. Only three of these patches were produced for the crew, who added
them to their spacesuits just before launch in 1993, using elastic straps
around the arms. The patch was designed by a friend of commander Vasily
Tsibliev. Since the original patches are unlikely to be available on the
market anytime soon, Spaceview has produced a limited number of replica's of
the patch, with the permission of Tsibliev and Serebrov.

Have a look at http://www.spacepatches.info/ for details.

....A couple of suggestions:

1) Run a spell checker on those pages. There's quite a few typos there
that are rather annoying based on the sheer number. Just a quick
eyeball showed about 3-5 per *page*!

2) Get all those pages currently stored on Angelfire *off* of there
and onto another host. Those ****heads running Angelfire seem to think
it's ok to force a search window to pop up in your browser and take
over from whatever default search engine you've already selected, and
until someone sues those *******s for what they're doing, Angelfire
sites need to be avoided like the plague.
