I recommend to steal a moon from Jupiter to build a space-station !!!!!!!!

We should remove one or two moons from Jupiter and bring them into
Earth's orbit and use them to build space stations !

We just have to invent a tractor-beam for that and a tractor-beam
should be doable in 5 years.
