'Tis funny as can be but it's not Russian. If you examine the caption a few
seconds into the animation it's using the Latin, not Cyrillic, alphabet. And
to be sure, I just asked one of my colleagues at work to translate the spoken
words (he was an officer in the Russian army before coming to the USA) and he
couldn't figure it out either and guessed it might be Hungarian.

You right, it's Hungarian, hehe! I'm Hungarian too, and didn't notice it.

Hungarian use Arabic style alphabet, like English, except we have 32 letters
in the language, English has 26.
That's why spelling is a big deal in the English, not enough letters.
