What about hollow, water filled balloons?


Perhaps you two belong as a team, as partners in crimes against
humanity.

Just because a given planet or moon has pockets or layers of ice or
other frozen/nonfrozen underground fluids, as such doesn't mean those
volumes don't count as hollow.

With our Selene/moon as surrounded by 3e-15 bar vacuum and only 1/6th
gravity, means that venting or excavating whatever internal muds,
fluids or gasses is going to be extremely easy.
