Please report in UT

My own take on the subject is that I live in the U.S. Central Time Zone, and if
I report on what I saw, that is the time I will use. I will state CST or CDT
when giving a time, which should allow you to exercize your arithmetic neurons
if you really want to convert that to your time or UT.
If you don't like Central Time, then plonk me.

Actually UTC time is also called Zulu Time (Z), depending on daylight
savings time CST/CDT is either Romeo or Sierra Time and can be
accurately reported as such.
