Simple Thinking
Simple thinking was done by Einstein His SR tells us "There is no
frame of reference that can show the speed of light changing" GR tells us " that the effects of acceleration and gravity are the same.' I have simple thoughts on the macro universe. However simple thinking does not mean beans in the micro QM realm bert.

Bert, one will always observe light moving at c in vacuo within the same inertial reference frame. However, when observing light moving in a different inertial reference from from one's own, it may appear to be moving at other than c. Double-A
