Bert Depending on which direction the star is moving, you will find that you will have to keep correcting your heading as you go. What you are seeing from Earth is where the star was 25 years ago. If you can figure from its motion where it really is now, and then figure where it will be when you arrive, then you can head in that direction from the start, and save lots of time and fuel. Sort of like when you're out gunning geese in the Florida everglades: you don't shoot at where the goose is, but where you expect it to be when the shot gets to him. Double-A |

Bert Just keep it in the cross hairs, Beeert. BTW, since you'll be traveling at 71% of SOL, I am going to take out a life insurance policy on you, with me as the beneficiary. If you hit even one molecule at that speed, the resulting flash of total destruction should be seen lightyears away ... Sure hope they fix the Hubble, for we all would love to see a picture of Beeeert going up in smoke. |

Hagar the horrible. I'll post when I'll be at the Huntington Beach
Neptune society, and you can watch be go up in smoke. Your putting to many E's in Beert. My space ship is safe from molecular dust, for it has a reflector shield made of "Glazier metal" Bert |

To All As I posted in the past my space ship's outer surface is its
engine. Its energy moves the ship to 73% of 'c',and also acts as a shield. Its great engineering. Bert |
