Default Whitson describes Soyuz landing

And sounds pretty iffy:

Confirms the smoke inside the spacecraft before landing.
And despite what she says, entering the atmosphere with the plasma going
from your feet to your head is not normal.
On a lifting reentry, it should be going lower back to upper front, and
on a ballistic reentry straight back to front.
