Is it me, or do they need to tell the grunt at the mixing board to
increase the volume of the launch control audio? The narrator
(interesting they have a mostly-techie doing it now rather than their
tag-team and "webcast studio) is at a much higher audio level than the
launch control stuff - which is fine when he is talking but not so
fine when we are supposed to just listen to launch control.

They may still try another launch attempt today. They have till 3 PM
Eastern time.

They are counting down again; now T minus fourteen minutes.

Good question. It seems like it didn't matter (was with specs) since
the trajectory looked good (according to the commentator).

That was interesting, yes? Didn't obviously suggest guidance
problems from the video feed, but not something I would have
expected either.

If they get to the second burn, I'd label this launch a good
success. Wasn't really expecting them to get this far this
cleanly.

We shall see, though it may take a while to get full details.

Something is now going on, as both the SpaceX update page and Falcon 9
live launch video page have just gone blank on their website.

They are now showing live video!
They are holding at T minus fifteen minutes:

....and have been holding for one hour and thirteen minutes.
Skies are overcast, though no rain appears to be falling.
Falcon 9 appears to be fully tanked up and is venting LOX vapor from
both stages.
