Default Station crew may speak during moon project announcement

The crew of ISS will have a live feed from and to the white house during the
official unveiling of the plan to go to moon/mars. The over-the-air statements
made it look like they "may" be called to speak.

However, i suspect that the crew were probably told on paper whether they will
or will not be speaking and if so, a precise white-house redacted statement
has already been sent to them.
