Default NOAA Getting Ready to Follow Dr. Hansen's Advice and Kill Warming Non-believers:

All: Question marks (?) showed in my text because they were originally
epsilon and sigma.

epsilon is the infrared emissivity.
sigma is Boltzmann's constant.

Non-believers:

I calculate 0.011 degrees C to date:

Poles are very cold. Therefor heat conducted from the molten and hot
core is negligible.
1 gram-calorie=4.185 watt-seconds (joules) 15066 251.9970768
Exojoule = 10^18 joules 1.00E+18
Annual US consumption has been (Exojoules):
yr USA World(including biomass)
1850 3.5 10.5
1900 13 39
1950 38 114
1970 250 Exojoule is 1E+18 joules
1987 81 300
2000 100 400
2010 500
Sunlight delivers 1,367 W/m^2 to all of earth
Earth Circuference is 40,000 km by defiition.
Radius is: 6366.197724 km = 6.366E+06 m
DiscArea is 1.273E+14 m^2 seconds/yr:
Power intercepted is: 1.741E+17 watts max 31557600
Energy intercepted: A joule is also a watt-second.
one year= 3.15576E+07 seconds, or 5.493E+24 Joules sunlight each year
But the earth's albedo is 0.36 (64% of incident energy is retained,
the remaining 36% is reflected by clouds, seas and terrain back into
space).
Retained = 3.515E+24 joules/yr 3.515E+06 Exojoules/yr This is eight
thousand times more than the combustion engery released annually by
present civilization.
Boltzmann's equation Annual
P=A??T^4 ?=5.67x10^-8 J/(s m^2 T^4) P=3.5E+6 ?=P/(A*?*T^4)
?="infrared emmissitvity") T=59F=15C=288K 8.8E-01 0.88 ?="infrared
emmissitvity")
A=4piR^2= 5.1E+14
What temperature differntial can exist on the average due to the
addition of 500 exojoules annually (Yr2010 datum)? delta=K(T2/T1-1)
Let E2/E1=T2^4/T1^4: E2/E1= 1.0001422 (T2/T1)^4= 0.0102404 when dT=
2.949234129 C and T1 is 288 Kelvin
T1 and E1 be the earth temperature and surface energy deposition due
to sulight (no civilization).
T2 be the earth temperature and surface energy deposition with
sunlight plus present civilization and their combustion activities.
ALL the heat deposted on the earth's surface (plus that from
vulcanism) is lost to space by only one mechanism; infrared black body
radiation.
Stephan Boltzmann Law says that the electromagnetic radiation from a
hot Black Body is E=?*?*A*T^4 whe
? is the Stephan-Boltzmann Constant,
5.67*10^-8 J/s*m^2*k^4)
? is the infrared emissivity of that body computed above as 0.88

Earth SurfaceArea is A=4*pi*R^2 = 5.1E+14 m^2
dE/dT=4*?*?*A*T^3; dT=dE/(4*?*?*A*T^3)= 1.110E-02 degees C.! This
is trifling.
Estmate of Temp Rise via ratios: E2/E1=(T2/T1)^4. 0.0102404
The next thing to study is the effect of carbon dioxide in the
atmosphere on ?, the infrared emissinvity (IR albedo?) of the Earth
(presently 0.88).

My answer is that more CO2 will cool the earth overall as that will
increase the infrared emissivity of the earth as a whole. It could as well
redistibute te heat a bit. For one, it will lead to cooler stratospheres
etc. Kepp you suppliy of snuggies.

Well, clearly warmist science-deniers are getting ready for the next
phase of the "global warming" battle. How many climate skeptics are there
out there?

I'm not qa skeeptic. I am a knower. I know it's o.01 degrees celsius to
date. And if we stopburing things, that 0.011 degrees C goes away.

Forget about GW. Its fiction.

point bullets ought to be enough to enforce a "consensus" and "final
solution" on the "global warming question".

I think it's a budget move, buying inventory ahead of the price rise.
"The DOC NOAA National Weather Service - Western Acquisition Division -
Boulder requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by
Line Item, to the following:
LI 001, 16,000 rounds of ammunition for semiautomatic pistols to be
factory-loaded .40 S&W caliber, 180-grain jacketed hollow point (JHP). No
reloads may be used with these weapons. All service furnished ammunition
for issued firearms will be U.S. factory production.

I think it's for personal protecton of federal agents, EPA, etc.

Never happen. Ever.

Both the Democrats and Republicans encourage the disaffected to join and
vote for 3rd parties. That way the major parties can get on with the
business of governing without having to put up with the kooks.

Have you ever heard of a Republican official plead with a Libertarian that
the GOP will certainly give his group a fair hearing if only he'll support a
GOP ticket? Or a similar Democratic factotum make a similar plea to a
Communist?

The major parties don't WANT screwballs in their midst and are thankful that
the weird just go away.

We should make special affirmative action ballots for the Republicans - so
that instead of having to vote FOR stuff, they can follow their conscience
and just vote against a bunch of stuff.

That's the basic idea of being a conservative and favoring minimal
government... vote against.

They could always spoil their ballot papers resulting in a counted vote
for "none of the above" or vote for some fringe candidate.

Republicans who object that Romney is too much of a statist can always
vote for Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate.

What would be the point of voting for the Libertarian if he can't
possibly win?

It's what I plan to
do.

Then you must be an idiot.

If he ends up getting several percent of the vote, which would be a
record for an LP presidential candidate, that might suggest to one or

Many Republicans already lean that way, but unfortunately just not far
enough to be truly conservative. The long-standing Democrat strategy
has been to promise "redistribution of wealth" along with other vote-
buying tactics and don't expect them to change. Their supporters
expect a hand-out.

San Francisco is the exception to many rules, including this one.
