Default Satellite lost

Just been on the radio that the satellite which was going to monitor the ice
caps has crashed into the sea.

Looks as though the Rockot (modified SS-19) is as reliable as the Volna
(modified SS-18) which dropped the Cosmos solar sail into the Barents
Sea :-(

Nah! The U.S shot it down thinking it was an attack from the French

Maybe Bliar told them it was an Iraqi WMD.
