Default Global heat wave

Our planet is becoming very hot nowadays, as almost everyone in the
northern hemisphere could feel.

Never in the relatively short records humans have gathered, the
temperatures have been so crazily high. More than 32 degrees in northern
Siberia, heat waves in Canada, the U.S. Japan, Sweden, and a long etc.

Flames killed U.S. citizens in California, greek people, trapped in
their cars near Athens, japanese trapped in the landslides provoked by
incredible rain fall or in the monstruous heat wave afterwards. And
hundreds or thousands older people, no air conditioning, the poor, the
weak, the sick, all those people are the first to go.

The long announced catastrophe is here. Mankind needs its crops to live,
and in a scortched earth there are none.

The highest temperature this year was more than 52 degrees C in northern
Sahara.

Human beings can't survive above 45 sustained.

At 42 you can survive, for a while, but it is not very pleasant.

Mankind has all the knowledge to change direction and stop this. The
technical ressources to get out of this mess are known since at least a
century.

We have to stop polluting and live better.

The U.S., led by their great great POTUS (President Of The United
States) are increasing their emissions as fast as they can.

Followed by Russia, Saudi Arabia, and many other countries.

The chinese are starting to do some changes, and they are leading in R&D
in solar energy production, and they are leading in mass solar panel
production.

Problem is, the U.S. atomic stockpile is the bigegst in the world. And
if they decide to go on polluting as their leader says (that banned even
the sentence "global warming"!), there isn't anybody that will force
them to stop polluting.

Of course they feel the heat too, even Trump can't hide away. But from
their ivory towers with air conditioning, they take a relaxed view:

Let them go under, who cares?

We, the rich, are going to survive.

The americans outside the ivory tower however, can't take that relaxed view.

Of course this is just the beginning, we are still able to change direction.

Some of the people in this group (McCall, Findley for instance) are
clear fans of the great POTUS.

But the others?

The solution is simple:

Fossil fuels + O2 -- Energy + CO2.

That is the problem. The solution is:

Solar energy + water -- Hydrogen and Oxygen.

Hydrogen + Oxygen -- Energy + Water.

The basic solution for stopping pollution: change the fuel!

Use non-polluting fuel and be done with it.

By products:

Millions of people will not die because of pollution. Retooling to
silent, non-polluting vehicles needs a new industry and a new technology.

A technology that is more robust, simple, and above all: non polluting.

Some people sent bottles to the sea, sometime ago. I post in
sci.space.policy, because viewed from space the situation is quite
ridiculous:

Homo sapiens is suffocating in his own waste.
