It is a given why the Sun's magnetic field is weaker. Sun's heat kills magnetisum. I made a list of Jupiter's right stuff for its very strong field. TreBert

I see Jupiter having microbe life near its eye. Near all this friction that creates heat.Micro bacteria life can life without oxygen. Its ways of survival is amazing. TreBert

Yes, oxygen is only a late comer as far as life is concerned. Life evolved to accommodate it.
