ASTRO: IC 1129
I'm still in June when image processing is concerned, but this galaxy is in
Ursa Minor so it is an object for the whole year (at least here in Germany). Being near the celestial pole tracking is no problem, so I imaged IC 1129 without a focal reducer, image scale is approximately 0,53 arcseconds/pixel. Taken from the middle of Berlin with a 10" Meade ACF at f/10 on a G11 mount, SXV-H9 camera, 30x5 minutes. Once I manage to upload it to my webspace (gives me an error currently when I try to) the picture can also be found at http://ccd-astronomy.de/temp/IC1129-30x5gut.jpg Stefan |
