Default What is the highest ISP for a hybrid ?

Hello Group
Just curious, what is the highest ISP achieved by a hybrid, not theoretical
or in a vaccum, just real sea level results?
lets say for Nitrous oxide, Oxygen or even Exotic Oxidizer's.
With any solid fuel, even the exotic's.
