Default Dammed Lights

Tonight I was going to set up old Babylon 8 the Telescope out back of my
trailer and do a bit of home star gazing. But when I walk out to check the
sky what do I find? The card pace has TWO sets of those blasted multi-moving
search lights going. I waited and waited, at last at midnight they go off.
So I set up and had just gotten everything set up and got MARS in the EP
when a streamer of white light flashed across my view. Yep, one set had been
turned back on.

So I put on a shirt, hat, got my cane and walked down the road to them. I
asked the night manager just how long they where going to be running those
blasted things. Oh until Sept. 5th when the local fair ends.

So I gave him my card and told him to tell the owner that I was very unhappy
with the lights running after midnight and I would file a complaint if it
goes on again as their permight says from 8pm to 11pm.

Good for you.
I hope they pay attention. Excessive external lighting in general is
why I dislike casinos in Califonria.

Hey, how will us burglars see to rob homes without light pollution?
Really, what keeps us robbing in the daytime is those guns those evil
homeowners have at night.

I opened fire on one of the little *******s today, but it just turned

Your name suggest you are a towell head? How does it feel to be hooked
by a troll?

I live in Gardena, and the casinos here use the bright seachlights to
attract attention. What a waste of electricity!

Oh, this is going downhill so rapidly it'll come out the other side of the earth
as a volcanic eruption.

Rumor has it they are offended by the term "towel head"

It's technically a little sheet.
