Default Nasa loses one of its private partners etc

I notice in the sci.space.news group that one of the private partners has
effectively been sacked for the private vehicle to the iss project. (Did it
have a name) So, is the company now duty bound to give the work in progress
to Nasa as its spent 31 mil?

It was RPK. They did give NASA the work it had produced. Each
payment was made after the company completed a milestone. NASA wasn't
buying hardware, it was paying for a demonstration of a capability
