Will Volumes 2-6 of the Columbia Accident Investigation Report be available
for purchase in hardcopy, as Volume 1 is? I know that PDF versions are
available for download at the CAIB website, and for purchase on CD from the
National Technical Information Service. I would like to have them all as
real books. I have already purchased Volume 1 as a book.
